33tk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 33tk website accessible at 33tk.io and all associated services, applications and content provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Balance consisting of deposited funds and confirmed withdrawal-eligible winnings, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts or other incentive credits granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or the Bonus plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verified Account" means an Account for which the Player has successfully completed identity verification to the satisfaction of 33tk.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all Platform activities.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 33tk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 33tk strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
3. You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online betting or casino activities.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of 33tk or of any affiliate, subsidiary, game supplier or payment processor associated with 33tk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are participating using your own funds and for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any commercial gambling enterprise.

33tk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may register and hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 33tk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein without prior notice.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and a valid email address. You undertake to update your account information promptly whenever any of these details change.

You acknowledge that 33tk may conduct identity verification checks at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time the Platform deems appropriate. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 33tk may result in account suspension.

Account registration is personal to you. You may not transfer your Account, your login credentials, or any funds in your Account to any third party, whether by sale, gift, inheritance or any other means.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 33tk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from 33tk, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify 33tk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any other security incident affecting your Account. 33tk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

33tk employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform and triggers OTP two-factor authentication on new device logins. These measures supplement but do not replace the Player's own obligation to maintain account security. You agree not to access the Platform from shared, public or unsecured devices without taking appropriate precautions.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 33tk of a security compromise in accordance with this Section prior to the relevant activity occurring.

6 Deposits

33tk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

All deposits are processed in real time. 33tk does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges for which 33tk bears no responsibility. Funds deposited to your Account must be your own personal funds derived from a legitimate source. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

33tk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by automated monitoring systems. In such cases, 33tk may request documentation evidencing the source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the relevant deposit being reversed and the Account being suspended pending investigation.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered remain the property of the Player and will be returned upon request, subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. 33tk does not pay interest on Player balances.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from Verified Accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. 33tk does not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit source, except where the original deposit method is no longer available, in which case alternative verification documentation will be required.

For Verified Accounts, standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — within one hour of approval; Rocket and Upay — within two hours of approval; bank transfers — within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays or where enhanced verification is required.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be in good standing with no outstanding verification requirements.
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once in real-money play before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted (this is separate from any Bonus wagering requirement).
• Any applicable Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 33tk reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per day or per week, with current limits displayed in the cashier section.

33tk reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or suspected violation of anti-money-laundering obligations. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason therefor within 48 hours of the withdrawal request being flagged.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

33tk offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which supplement and are read together with these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 33tk promotions unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific offer before any resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Time limit: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Game weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and crash games may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While wagering with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳1,000 unless the specific offer states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Only one promotional bonus may be active on an Account at any one time unless the specific offer expressly permits stacking.

33tk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and being actively wagered by a Player in good standing will be honoured for its stated duration. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting game mechanics to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to generate artificial qualifying activity — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and the Account closed.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 33tk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook interface. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when the Platform displays a confirmed bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted and no liability attaches to 33tk in respect thereof.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet.
• Void bets: 33tk reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system or pricing error, where the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, or where integrity concerns arise in connection with the relevant event.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout per single bet event is ৳500,000 and the maximum payout per accumulator or multi-bet is ৳1,000,000 unless otherwise stated for specific markets. Bets with potential winnings exceeding these limits will be accepted only to the extent of the applicable limit.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to the state of play at the moment of acceptance. Any bet placed during a stoppage in play will be accepted subject to the same terms as pre-match bets. 33tk accepts no responsibility for delays between live event developments and the updating of in-play markets.
• Cricket-specific rules: For Bangladesh Tigers matches, BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup fixtures, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies in rain-affected matches. If a match is reduced to fewer than five overs per side, all pre-match bets will be voided unless the market description specifies otherwise.

10 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slots games available on the Platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. 33tk does not alter the RNG outcomes of any game.

Players acknowledge that:

• Casino and slots games involve chance, and no strategy, system or pattern of play can guarantee a winning outcome.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session returns.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot game round, the game round will be completed and resolved automatically in accordance with the game provider's rules. Stakes already committed to the interrupted round will stand.
• Any malfunction of a game voids all pays and plays for the affected round. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly credited winning, 33tk reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit from the Player's Account.

Live casino tables are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by table, as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for ensuring that their bets comply with the applicable table limits before placing them.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawals, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any Platform function that a human player would perform manually.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing anomaly or loophole in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during verification or in any communication with 33tk.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 33tk customer support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the 33tk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 33tk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed, modified or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 33tk.

Game content, including graphics, sounds and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, Ezugi and others) and is made available to Players solely for personal entertainment use within the Platform. No licence to reproduce or commercialise game content is granted to Players by these Terms & Conditions.

You may not use any 33tk trade mark, logo or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of 33tk without prior express written authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 33tk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33tk does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers. 33tk will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

33tk is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues experienced by a Player that affect their ability to access the Platform or that cause the interruption of a game session. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing any betting or casino session.

In all cases, 33tk's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

14 Privacy & Data

33tk collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected at registration and during account verification is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. 33tk does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

33tk may share personal data with third-party service providers — including identity verification agencies, payment processors and game providers — to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil obligations under these Terms & Conditions. All such third parties are required to maintain appropriate data security standards consistent with those employed by 33tk.

15 Amendments to These Terms

33tk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33tk will post a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via the email address on file. The amended terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after amended terms have been published constitutes unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account and withdraw any available balance.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 33tk operates as a safe and reliable platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online betting in any jurisdiction outside the scope of its operations. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 33tk, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English under procedures agreed by both parties at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents 33tk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm.
